BASL is pleased to welcome De Montfort University (“DMU”) as its academic partner.

DMU has been running a Sports Law and Practice LLM course for the past two years.

DMU also has a dedicated Sports Law Unit, with which BASL looks forward to working closely in the future.

To kick off the partnership, DMU has organised a September social event. Whilst primarily targeted at sporting organisations, sports administrators and lawyers in the Midlands Region, all BASL members are welcome to attend. Situated in the heart of the DMU campus, this event will be held in the Queens building, approximately 20 minutes walk from the Leicester Rail Station.
